Important Information House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity. 2. No parties or events. 3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance. 5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight. Renting Requirement Policy: Must be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit. Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. The unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided. Parking: This property allows for 2 parking spots in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles, and 2 spaces in the garage. Grass and street parking is not permitted. Michael’s Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, very comfortable, and had every detail covered. We loved that each bedroom had its own bedroom and we loved the pool! The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with a short walk to the beach and right on the main IRB strip.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Ocean Pearl – A Bohemian Beach Haven! The home was spotless, beautifully laid out, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the living room and kitchen made the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The pool was amazing and kept at the perfect temperature—and there were plenty of beach towels available. The location was ideal, with lots of great restaurants nearby. Michael shared a list of his favorite local spots, and every one we tried was fantastic. We especially recommend dinner at Guppy’s and Cuban sandwiches from the Kooky Coconut. We also appreciated all the thoughtful touches, from the selection of indoor and outdoor games to the beach wagon that made the short 4-minute walk to the beach effortless. We traveled with our 2-year-old, and the pack ’n play provided was in perfect condition. This home truly had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway. Highly recommend!
