As we wrapped up our second year staying here, I couldn’t help hoping we’d get to come back again next year. This condo never disappoints. It’s so comfortable, and the location cannot be beat - within walking distance of restaurants, the best ice cream shop, t-shirt stores and a small grocery store. Access to the beach, a private pool and social area downstairs makes for a perfect place for the kids and adults to play and make new friends with the neighboring unit tenants by or just hang out with your own group if you don’t feel like being social. It’s our favorite place and we hope to be back next year.

Michael’s Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, very comfortable, and had every detail covered. We loved that each bedroom had its own bedroom and we loved the pool! The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with a short walk to the beach and right on the main IRB strip.

We enjoyed our stay at Cottage by the Sea Unit B, and would highly recommend it! It was very clean and in a prime location near many great restaurants. The unit is very close to the beach, and we also enjoyed the balcony. Michael was very helpful and very prompt in answering any questions we had. Will definitely consider staying again!

Awesome! It was a beautiful cabin cabin. Me and the fiance didnt even hear a peep from our daughter and her friends because they were in there own little space in the basement! All in all a wonderful place to get away from the city !

Beautiful location! Plenty of room for our group, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the games/pool table and the fireplace deck. The host checked in often and made sure we were comfortable. There were a lot of nice touches to this home!

The cabin is beautiful, detailed instructions were given to get to it but Waze took us right to the footstep. First step into cabin felt like wow we really are in an awesome mountain cabin. Kitchen is very well equipped,that was a big plus. Lots of games available for both adults n children . We loved the pool table. It was a joy sitting on the beautiful deck, listening to the river flowing . One does not even need to explore nearby areas, there’s so much to do within the cabin n surroundings . We talked about what a great place it would be for family reunions etc . Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thanks for letting us have this wonderful experience .

Michael was an amazing host! He went above and beyond to help us on our day of arrival. Cocos Crush Bar & the French bakery down the street are not only walkable, but a MUST during your visit! The entrance to the beach is right in between those two venues and is a beautiful peaceful spot. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Michael was awesome to work with he had a great place for us to stay. He was excellent on communication, details were very clear. He gave great local recommendations. We needed something one time and he stated it’s on its way. Amazon dropped it at the door with in less than 5 to 6 hours. I would highly recommend his place for any couple or small family of four or less to get away for a beach stay. The beach access is just as close or closer than he described it. I can’t say enough about his hospitality and the great time we had largely in part because of a great host. Already considering another stay with him in the future. Don’t miss out on this place!!

This trip was nothing short of amazing. We originally booked a property through VRBO and it didnt work out so we were at a hotel with two dogs. I messaged Michael and he responded right away and we were able to head over to the property immediately. The cabin is beautiful, spacuous and fully stocked. It was very clean and we felt right at home. There's a huge outside dining space with a fireplace we used nightly. You can hear the stream from the balcony and the living room with the doors open. We were looking for a peaceful escape in the mountains and this place nailed it. Many afternoons were spend sipping wine by the stream or next to the fireplace. I wish I could leave a higher rating than 5 star. Our stay was PERFECT!

The entire stay was amazing. The host was extremely helpful from the time we booked until we checked out. Was flexible when we asked to book an extra night. Was available for questions when we needed. We will be staying here again when we return to Florida.
